Shipping Policy

We’re so glad you’re here! Here’s everything you need to know about how we get our boxes to your door.

1. Where We Ship

Shape My Dough currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time, but we hope to expand soon.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after billing. New subscriptions ship soon after signup; recurring subscriptions ship near the start of each billing cycle.

3. Delivery Time

Once shipped, packages typically arrive in 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your label is created so you can follow your box every step of the way.

4. Shipping Costs

  • First month: FREE — your welcome box ships at no extra charge.
  • Every box after the first: a flat $5 shipping fee.

For 6-month and 12-month plans, shipping for the entire term is calculated and charged up front along with your subscription.

5. Tracking Your Box

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your box ships. You can also check your order history anytime through the Manage Subscription page.

6. Address Changes

You can update your shipping address at any time through the Manage Subscription link — just be sure to do it before your next box ships. Once a box has been shipped, we cannot reroute it. If you’ve recently moved and your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at support@shapemydough.com and we’ll do what we can.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Marked delivered but missing? Wait 48 hours (USPS sometimes marks packages delivered before they actually arrive) and check with your neighbors and household. If it still hasn’t shown up, contact us.
  • Stolen from your porch? This is rare, but we’ll do our best to help. Replacement is at our discretion and may not always be possible.
  • Arrived damaged? Send us photos within 7 days at support@shapemydough.com and we’ll send a replacement at no charge.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unclaimed delivery, or a refusal, we’ll contact you to arrange a re-ship. Re-ship costs are the customer’s responsibility.
