Refund Policy

Effective: May 2, 2026

We want every family that subscribes to Shape My Dough to love their experience. Here’s how refunds and replacements work.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription link or by emailing support@shapemydough.com.

  • Monthly plans: cancelling stops future charges. The current month’s box (if already paid for) will still ship. You will not be charged again.
  • 6-month and 12-month plans: these plans are paid up front. Cancelling stops future auto-renewal but does not refund the unused portion of the current term — your boxes will continue shipping monthly through the end of the term.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for 6 or 12-month plans.

2. Refunds on Shipped Boxes

Because each box is custom-prepared and ships quickly, we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already shipped. If you no longer want to receive boxes, please cancel before your next billing date.

3. Damaged or Missing Items

If your box arrives damaged or with an item missing, we’ll make it right. Email us at support@shapemydough.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damage (or a description of what’s missing)
  • Your order number or the email used for the subscription

We’ll either send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund for the affected item.

4. Lost Packages

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Most refunds appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
