These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shape My Dough website and the subscription service we provide (“Service”). By using our site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Shape My Dough is a subscription-based cookie baking kit operated as a sole proprietorship in the State of Missouri.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state of residence) to subscribe. By subscribing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
We offer monthly, 6-month, and 12-month subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize Shape My Dough (via Stripe, our payment processor) to charge your payment method on file:
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid. If a payment fails, we may attempt to re-charge or suspend your subscription.
You may cancel at any time through the “Manage Subscription” link on our website or by emailing support@shapemydough.com.

Prices are listed on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change subscription prices, but we will give at least 30 days’ notice before any price change applies to your subscription. You may cancel at any time before a price change takes effect.
We currently ship within the United States only. See our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, costs, and lost-package handling.
Because each box is custom-prepared and ships quickly, we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already shipped. We will replace items that arrive damaged or are missing. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All content on our site (logo, photos, recipes, designs, and copy) is owned by Shape My Dough and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission. Our cookie cutter designs are proprietary.
We rely on third parties (Stripe for payments, Shippo for shipping, etc.) to operate the Service. We are not responsible for outages or failures of any third-party service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific product will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shape My Dough’s liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Shape My Dough harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
